Customization

As a professional medical scrub manufacturer, we provide end-to-end solutions—from fabric knitting and dyeing to pattern design, cutting, sewing, and quality inspection. Our vertically integrated production system ensures consistency, efficiency, and superior customization for healthcare apparel brands and institutions.

Before You Start

We absolutely understand you will consider the majority of issues before working with us.

What should I send to start a custom scrubs project?

Send a tech pack if you have one. If not, reference photos are enough—plus your target market, expected order quantity, and any “must-have” details (fit, pockets, fabric feel, logo method).

How do we confirm sizing and fit before production?

We work from your size chart (or an existing sample you like). During sampling, we provide measurement checks and update the pattern based on your feedback until the fit is confirmed.

How many sample revisions can we do?

Sampling is a step-by-step process. Small adjustments (fit, pocket placement, stitching details) are handled efficiently; if the design changes significantly, we’ll confirm the impact before moving forward.

How do you confirm color matching for fabric and trims?

We confirm color by reference (Pantone / swatch / your sample). For accuracy, we can provide a color confirmation step (swatches or lab dips) before final approval.

Custom medical scrubs design options showcasing a variety of styles and colors for hospital branding.

How is logo placement handled during sampling?

You send the logo file (AI/PDF preferred). We confirm size and placement with a preview, then do a test (e.g., embroidery strike-off) for your approval before applying it to samples or production.

What quality checkpoints do you have during production?

We run checks during cutting, sewing, and finishing, then do a final inspection before packing. If you need, we can share inspection photos or a simple QC summary for your records.

Can you keep my designs confidential?

Yes. We don’t share your designs, logos, or tech packs publicly with any third party, ever. If needed, we can sign an NDA before you send full files.

What happens after the sample is approved?

After approval, we lock the final spec (measurements, materials, trims, artwork placement) and follow the confirmed version for production—so the bulk order matches the approved sample.
