📦 Shipping Policy
Turnaround Time
Our production time (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST) for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) orders varies based on quantity:
Factory 1 Direct
● 8 – 10 business days for orders of 1 to 48 pieces
● 11 – 14 business days for orders of 49 to 124 pieces
● 15 – 20 business days for orders of 125 to 200 pieces
● 21 – 30 business days for orders of 301 to 600 piecesFor our screen print service, production time is up to 15 – 25 business days. We will keep you updated during this period until you receive your package!
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS First Class mail may not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The shipping rate for your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping cost and have the option to cancel your order if you choose.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship the in-stock items immediately. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping and handling cost.
